Promotion bonuses not being given without any reason

It's been over 5 months since I was denied my 100$ sports guranteed cashback #23 and I was told by @BCGame_Maxim that my account is under review. I kept asking for updates but they haven't given a single explanation as to why. Since then my bonus of sports guranteed cashback #35 is also pending and I had also participated in Double prize for coin flip hunt for 126x the event code was b014a8ae582c2e6. I am yet to be credited these 3 bonuses and I get no reply from the bc team even after various mails and messages to forum mods and live support. This is really messed up for a casino this big. I request bc to complete this as soon as possible, I cant wait for 5 more months

BC.Game should be ashamed of themselves for stuff like that. They're raking in millions from loyal customers and can't be bothered to even staff support properly, their disgusting greed will be their downfall eventually.
