Hello there guys,

Please find some suggestions:

- Change daily tasks to motivate people learning how to play the different games in the site

- Include the ability to post bets in the chat. This would make us promote games in the chatrooms

- Include the feature to save strategy configurations so we don't need to keep retyping them

- Remove the RED Legion advertisement, as it is no longer valid

- make the rains and airdrops available at lower levels, even if its a smaller portion of the money. Sometimes is hard for new players to reach level 4 and give up the game before it

- Deploy some "surprise Cocos" during the day, and not only in the specific times. Coco could arrive at any random time so people don't show up just at certain times to hit him

- Display the partial results of all medals. Presently just some of the partial results are displayed (Coco hunt, loyal player, Boss). It would be nice how are we evolving in the other medals, like Local Tyrant and Call me Richman

 

BC Game is an excelent site and I really love being part of the team. I hope the suggestions are helpfull.

Well writing reviews and articles I learn to find the little things in a website.

1. I messaged you guys q few seconds after swords was released. The Balance shows before the game even finishes its round. So, there's no anticipation in winning or loosing on it. Also, i shared that it should have a maximum screen option for mobile and computer along with some others.

2. I have been talking to multiple people who state they would add my vip points from a transfer but, weeks later still nothing and they said they would do this immediately as I even had a email from the websites owner give everything needed. It was a approved site as stated. So, i know you guys are busy but, staying to do something immediately is a promise. But still love the site I rarely stick around after I write.

3. I would like to see a built im fauvet with actual claims. I set up a little testing for referals i sent to a select few i could get feedback from myself and these user stated they would like to see a small faucet where they could maybe claim a small amount of there coin of choice. Even if it is a few cents. I know qlot of users will flock because of that and believe it or not, that does bring users to deposit. 

4. The JP store maybe include a coin conversion.

5. I would like to see player vs player poker qnd maybe live sports. You would definitely have massive referals from myself. 

6. Make a split screen were i could run 2 games next to each other. I myself liked running the rocket game and classic dice at the same time but having two tabs made it a pain.

7. Add a mode where you can enter q certain amount of bets you want to run and when you click the button, it automatically runs every bet within a few seconds.

8. Add a cash out option in withdrawl for debit cards, PayPal, or anything you can possible use to cash users out in Fiat. 

9. Add a crypto buying option like simplex to the website if you cannot figure away yo sell crypto yourself. Not only will you gain users looking for coin but, you'll gain SEO ranking were you will get more attention to q new group of users. Your site is already flashy that attracts now hit new niches.

10. Make a tab on the website for your live twitch streams which make it easy to attach other platforms to reach more social variety.

11.  Tell CooCoo to feel free to drop some coins in my balance along with my vip points please!!!! Lol

All in all great place I was hooked the first few days I came on BC. Keep up the great work.

The main issue here is that talking to support about an issue is like banging your head against a brick wall. 

They simply don't listen to us. I've had a couple of issues and it's always a painful experience trying to communicate with them. Whatever you say, their right you're wrong, no negotiation will be entered into. The last issue I had, simple glitch on a game, the guy just wouldn't have it, didn't want to know. 

I play these things daily and have only just came back here, been on Bustabit and Bitsler for the last 6 months or so, just got so fed up trying to explain to this guy and being ignored, I just said to him in the end "look, there's a load of other sites and platforms for crypto gaming. If you're not gonna listen I'll just take my money to one of them"..... the guy just went "fine" 

Probably lost a good few thousand over the last few months just because support refuse to listen.... you want to keep customers and have them spend here instead of one of the others... just listen to us when we have a problem. 

Also it's clear that English is a second language to quite a few of the support people I spoke to, now that's fine, obviously I'm not arrogant enough to think everyone should automatically talk like me, but we do need a basic grasp and understanding of linguistics to be able to describe issues to you..... plus, and this may be cultural or just a personal thing with me, they automatically without asking call me "sir" or "dear".... I hate being called 'sir' I have not been knighted by the British empire and if they offered me a knighthood I would refuse, loathe the monarchy and I am not a sir...... and being called "dear" by a guy that doesn't know me is so patronising. 

Basically you guys just need to be a load more customer friendly than you are and learn basic etiquette and common decency in conversation.

On the original slots game, (of course I am making a slots suggestion lmao) when you get to the action spin it shouldn’t drain all the previous won crosses. It should allow for multiple attempts at winning the bonus amount just like the ruby and book ladders. It’s kind of a rip off if you get the 100x like I did and then lose all the built up cross multipliers. An internal exchange for the types of coins offered allowing players the ability to experience different types of crypto and how they play. I am the type to usually swap to another coin with earned profit to prevent from losing my entire bankroll and if I bust them exchange back to the desired coin from my previous exchange to replenish my supply. So essentially I use the exchange as a type of vault in game but pay for the exchange every time I do opening up additional opportunities for potential site revenue to come in.
